Sounds

Listen to this poem read aloud:

I have heard the wind,
On deep black nights of crystal stars,
Whisper, whisper through the trees.

The secret silence of a meadow
As the snow sifts slowly, softly down.

I’ve walked the shore
And heard the sea surf singing.

But most of all, the sound I love,
Is that of children dreaming.
