Here's a tune from 1920: W.C. Handy's 'Aunt Hagar's Blues'.

I don't get to play tenor sax much any more. The guys from the Fault Line Blues Band were kind enough to back me up on this one.

W.C. Handy was born in Florence, Alabama, and taught music in my hometown of Huntsville, Alabama. I did not know that when I was growing up.
